Cassie (acacia farnesiana) flower

The essential oil of Sweet Cassie flower is used mainly in perfumery. Its oil is only available in the absolute form. Although a cousin to the Mimosa flower, it has a distinctly different scent and its absolute is extracted in France and Egypt while the former is extracted in India.
