my sister, Carol

My sister, Carol, is the epitome of inner strength, beauty and selflessness. Born two years apart from each other, I remember spending most of my childhood around her. Even as a child, I could already sense her strong maternal instincts, her caring nature, her kindness, never judging and always willing to listen.

There’s something about Carol that attracts and sparks your interest, yet you can’t help but revere her at the same time. Perhaps it’s her consistently demure, friendly, compassionate, even-tempered, happy and non-judgemental demeanour that makes so many boys go weak in their knees. As a teenager, I had seen how normally rowdy boys would literally transform into docile puppies whenever they were near my sister. I guess in the heterosexual world, she’s the kind of girl you would want to bring home to show your parents that you've done good.

Now a mother of` two lovely children, Sarah being one of them, she hardly has time to take care of herself spending all her time and energy on her family. So, I decided to design and create for her a complete skincare regimen. When I asked her what are some of her favourite scents, she replied with a beatific smile, “Don’t waste your fanciful, expensive oils on me. Something simple like lavender will do.”

How can you not love a women like that?
